When you heal you are compassionate, selfless, sincere and empathetic. Many experiences that I have done Reiki in my healing treatments has impacted other peoples’ lives,health, wellness, and creativity, inspiration and made improvement their lives, just by a simple, intentional touch that you bring out to universe and world and feel the connection with other a person you are treating, give awareness and be present in the moment."
Healthy Living is each individual person creating a healthy lifestyle, by balancing both physical and mental health to function together and improve the quality of life, longevity and healthy aging.
Many factors affect your health, such as your genetic makeup or your age, one has the ability to change your healthy living through making changes to you daily lifestyle such as nutrition, diet, mediation and breathing exercises, sleep, exercise, and preventive alternative medicine such as yoga, Qi qong, massage, acupuncture and natural herbal supplements and natural remedies, choosing passions or interests that make you happy feel alive and empowered by taking charge of how you want your life to be and what steps you can do to advance and achieve your goals . By taking steps toward a healthy living, one can reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and other serious diseases and ailments.
Tips: 1. Drink Water, Stay Hydrated: Water is the MOST IMPORTANT resource, a necessity to maintain a healthy body, clear mind and essential nutrient to survive. All the body reactions need water, need to cool and remove wastes and stay hydrated. We are composed of at least 70 percent of water or more. We can live very few days without water; other fluids and beverages make up 80-90 percent of daily water intake.
2. Sleep: 6-9 hours depending on your age, genetics, stress level, need to get uninterrupted sleep Meditation and Breathing Exercises are key to healthy living, holistic, anti-aging and rejuvenating.
3. Vitamins & Nutrients: Making sure you eat the right foods and stay on a healthy and nutritious diet, it is best to have a vegetarian or vegan diet due to all the hormones in the food and animals and fish are being extinct.
